Zero Wing (Arcade) is an iconic side-scrolling shoot 'em up game that takes players on an exhilarating space adventure. Set in the year 2101, the game begins with a fragile peace treaty between Earth and the alien cyborg, CATS. However, CATS betrays humanity by seizing control of the Japanese space colonies. Players take on the role of a brave pilot navigating the ZIG spacecraft, the only survivor from the attacked mothership, to defeat the alien forces, seek revenge, and restore peace to Earth.
