Journey to Silius (NES) is a classic side-scrolling run and gun game by Sunsoft, released in 1990. Set in the year 0373, Earth suffers from overpopulation, prompting human expansion into space colonies. You play as Jay McCray, a young man determined to fulfill his father's dream after terrorists destroy space colony #428 in the Silius Solar System. With his father's plans in hand, Jay sets out on a mission of vengeance and perseverance, battling enemies across five intense stages to stop the terrorists and honor his father's legacy.
